Hi I am Syed working as HR in a pvt ltd concern. Our employee strength is 25+. What are the essential document to be updated before the labor inspector/ Government professional Visit? Kindly please help me out

Would you please give me some samples for daily/weekly report so that every body in every Dept. could to use that.
Because all these reports will be read by managing director.that's why I need one format for all staff with different responsibilities.
