A) Keep track of the list of the requests received, JD's of all the Manpower Requests, date of the request received, date to be closed, and the actual date of closing.
B) List the profiles received. These profiles should be recorded with respect to qualifications, experience, skills, etc., to track the resumes easily.
C) You may even record how the profiles have been received.
D) Record the number of calls made to the candidate/client and note the discussions that took place.
Add others as required by the organization.
