How Should We Respond to a Former HR's Salary Claim After Six Months?

I recently joined an MFI company as an HR Manager. Our ex-HR did not contact us after her resignation, but after six months, she blamed us for holding her salary and sent us a horrible email to this effect.

Response to Former HR's Salary Claim

Now, my Managing Director is keen on responding to her. Please let me know how to write this letter.

Important Note on Communication

Note: Never reply in the same vitriolic language, no matter the provocation. Be polite. The language used in your communication will be crucial if the matter escalates to any authority or court. If she visits your office, you can address the situation assertively.

In my opinion, it is the responsibility of the employer to settle the Full and Final payment within 30 days. Have you issued the Clearance Certificate to him/her on the last day of the job? Please settle his/her full and final payment as soon as possible. Without any valid reason, no employer is obligated to delay this process.

As an HR Manager, if he/she is encountering difficulties with the full and final settlement, what about the other employees?

Regards,
Ashish

We invited her for a full and final settlement, but now she is trying to create problems for us.
