Is the April 14th Holiday Applicable to the Construction Industry in Karnataka?

Dear All, Hereby attaching the notification regarding the holiday on 14.04.2014. Can anybody please confirm whether it is applicable to the Construction industry, which is registered under the Karnataka S&E Act.

Thanks, Mr. Jagath. But it's mentioned that CG Offices, including "Industrial Establishments throughout India," whether we are coming under Industrial Establishments? Ours is a private limited company.

This pertains to Central Government offices and not private organizations. However, if your management decides to declare a holiday in your organization, then it's acceptable. I am very certain that this scenario is unlikely to occur.
