Please help me regarding ESI and EPF. A company has 9 employees, and all the employees are paid more than ₹15,000 per month. Is EPF and ESI applicable to the firm?
Both acts are not applicable for your unit. The PF Act is applicable when you have more than 20 employees, and the ESI Act is applicable when you have more than 10 employees.
