EPF - procedures to transfer an already existing pf account of an employee to our company

Dear HR Fraternity, I am working as an HR executive in a software firm. Here we just started EPF. Downloaded the EPF e-return tool. Please guide me with the procedures to transfer an already existing pf account of an employee to our company. Looking forward to your suggestions on the same at the earliest.

Please complete the Form no 13
Employee has to fill the basic information. You submitt the form to PF deparetment and it will be done accordingly.
