Do We Still Need to Manually Submit the PF Annual Return for 2013-14? Seeking Confirmation

Dear Senior, do we need to submit the PF Annual Return manually this year (Mar '13-Feb '14)? We have been uploading the PF ECR file every month for the last year, and payments are being made accordingly. If we do not need to submit it manually, please confirm.

No, from March 2012 onwards, there is no need to file any manual return.

Please let me know the percentage penalty or interest if the PF return is not submitted within the due time.
