Labour Termination

Dear Seniors,
In our Plant there is a one labor who is absent since 2 days without any intimation.
he is habitual to take leave without any intimation after every 3-4 days. We had already issued him show cause and warning letter\'s and also had suspended him for 3 days for this kind of misbehavior.
We had sent him final warning letter but he didn\'t accepted the same.
When his seniors wanted to talk to him, he spoke to them in a very unprofessional way.
Now management want to terminate him and decision is left with me.
please suggest a proper way to do so as this issue is very much new for me.

in this case give him again Show cause letter.as usal he will give unsatisfied answers.
Based on that u can start pending enquiry. u can take previous misconducts as a support.
and in pending enquiry u can give decision of Termination.
