Final Settlement Process: Can Anyone Share the Standard Company Format?

hr@relic
Hello seniors, can someone please help me with the standard format that companies use while doing the final settlement of an employee?

There is no set pattern used for this purpose; however, you can use the following format:

Resignation Acceptance and Final Settlement Format

"Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation from the post of ---------------------- with effect from -----------------------date------------, of Mr. ---------------------- S/O Mr. ---------------------- is hereby relieved of his service in this organization with effect from ----------------------.

The following terminal dues are hereby tendered to Mr. ------------------, which he may collect from the ---------------------- office of this organization on any day hereafter:

1. Salary for the period from -------------------- to --------------------: Rs.......................
2. Unavailed leave Rs.......................
3. Other items (please elucidate as per the rules of your company) Rs.................

Or you may send/hand over a cheque covering issues under reference and require him to send an acknowledgment or accept the same on the office copy of the letter.

Signature of the competent authority of your organization with the date and seal

I hope this helps you.

Thank you very much, Sir. The information was definitely helpful, but I would like to clarify more on my query. I am actually looking for a format that includes the various heads that come in a settlement, such as salary details, additions, deductions, recoveries, total amounts to be paid from the employer side/employee side, and the various "particulars" that would fall under the respective headings. I am looking for an Excel format that calculates the final settlement amount.
