Company Documents

Aryacareers
Dear Sir.

I am working with a small organization,i have a total experience of 1.7 years ,i joined the company in august , 2012 & presently my designation is sr. executive engineer . I have some confusion about the documents I received from my company_

1) I received the offer letter in a normal print out page(not bond paper),not in a specified letterhead format, whereas my friends from others company received the same letter in a specified letterhead format of their company in a good manner, but in my company there are no such system ,they casually paste the company logo in normal microsoft word pad and type the subject and body of letter. & signed it.they not put any reference number in any official letter. its totally very informal. so, please let me know that will there be any problem in future when i will change my company to join a new company .

2) Also at the time of increment management was not give me a formal letter(signed copy), i just got the increment letter to my mail (company domain mail id) from management.is it sufficient at the time of documents verification to another company.

3) what documents should be submitted at the time of joining to a new organization.

request to all ,plzz. post your valuable advice to clear my confusion.

thanks

Whatever may be the letter of offer or any intimation. Faith in management is essential.
Management won' t leave any person useful to them. Similarly they will not throw away the persons not useful to them. This is a fact everywhere.

Hi,
Ideally yes offer, Increment letters should be given on a company's letter head but yet if your concerned HR are approachable clarify this concern/doubt with them.Probably you will get the right direction.

Dear Arya,
Your two questions are answered as under:
1. every organisation is not so enlightened as to issue the offer of appointment on the bond paper, the present letter, therefore, is perfectly in order.
2. As regards the increment, in today's pattern, normally letter of increment is even not issued, instead, you get the salary enhanced by the amount of annual increment. In the instant case, your employer has posted the information on the company's mail id which should suffice. Please do not harbour a lack of confidence in your employer that having posted the communication on the mail it will shirk away in execution now or any time later.
