I am currently working in an automobile dealership for the past 2 years. Recently, my boss has assigned me the task of identifying employees based on their skills and competencies and categorizing them into grades. I would appreciate your advice on how to initiate this process. Additionally, please share any relevant forms and formats that I can use for this purpose.
