For EPF transfer on the OTCP portal, we are unable to install our authorized digital signature as per the instructions given by the EPF. (We have installed JAVA with the help of our IT support). However, we are encountering an error. This issue has resulted in us being unable to authorize the employee transfer claim forms online, and we are currently at a standstill. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this via email and in person at the EPF office in Chennai, but we have not received adequate guidance, and the problem persists to date.
Kindly advise on how to successfully install the digital signature in the transfer claim portal, or please provide any relevant technical support details.
