The company in which I am working does not have policies that are typically found in organizations, such as a leave policy, dress code policy, traveling policy, city conveyance, company loan, and many more. I have taken the initiative and spoken to management, explaining that these policies are essential for the betterment of the organization. Management has asked me to give a presentation where I should highlight the advantages and disadvantages for both the employer and employee of each policy.

I have listed the necessary policies that should be in place in an organization but are currently lacking and need to create a PowerPoint presentation with a focus on the advantages and disadvantages. I am scheduled to give the presentation on the 15th of March. The proposed policies are attached.
