Sir your time and attendence system is very usefull but it needs password for changing dates. so can you help us. So we will be able to use this system.

As per your format leave with pay & half leave with pay(HL) are not a type of leaves. In my opinion it is not required to show both types of leave in attendance register as you prepared for 2014-15.
Only mention the types of leave as per govt. rules & regulations.
