New to HR: How Do I Manage Performance Appraisal Forms and Timesheets?

Hi, I am Neelima. I have recently joined as an HR. I would like to know a few formats (sheets) maintained for performance appraisal. Could you let me know what timesheets are all about and provide an example of how to maintain a timesheet?
