NOT GIVING NOTICE PERIOD & RESIGNED BEFORE THE END OF THE CONTRACT

Hi!! i have resigned my job due to mental stress I was going through & i am on my Dad\'s Visa, is it still necessary to give 1 month notice period to the company?

In my best level of knowledge, (Mind it, this is not an expert legal advise as I am not an authority) Providing you some opinions which can be of help to think upon and discuss with concerns. If your company have officially procured a Labour card for you, then you need to provide a notice.
Else you are not in a contract. So no official obligations as such.
