Dear Seniors, Would you please send me a copy of the filled Form D under ERA 1976 for inspection purposes? I am confused about how to maintain Form D, whether I should make designation-wise or category-wise entries in the form. We have employed "Helper," "Operator," Electrician, Fitter, and Supervisory Staff such as Managers, Deputy Managers, etc. Please send me any filled format that has been recently mentioned in your organization. I would be thankful to you.

Regards,
Dinesh

I want to know about Form D under the Equal Remuneration Act of 1976. We have a marketing office in Pune with employees at the Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager levels. If there are no set rates for the employees, then we are required to maintain Form D.

Dear Seniors,
I want to know about Form D under the Equal Remuneration Act of 1976. We have a marketing office in Pune, and our employees hold positions ranging from executive to assistant manager, deputy manager, and manager levels. As there are no specified rates for employees, is it necessary for us to maintain Form D?

Understanding the Equal Remuneration Act of 1976
The Equal Remuneration Act of 1976 aims to ensure equal payment of remuneration to both male and female workers and to prevent discrimination based on sex. Form D under this Act indicates that an organization is providing equal remuneration to male and female employees. It is the employer's responsibility to ensure equal pay for both men and women performing the same work or work of a similar nature.

Please find attached the format of Form "D".

Form D is required for only Class 4 employees or for other managerial staff as well.
