is it possible to prepare salary slip for the salary amount Rs 2000?

Hello,
Its possible to prepare a salary slip for any amount including NIL value.
Also related info - Kindly ensure your wages are above Minimum Wages for the state. Because salary slip is after all a document which also adds to prove whether minimum wages are being paid.
However, curiosity requires that I ask - why for Rs.2000/- in particular?

For one recently joined employee we paid this compensation and he is asking to issue salary slip. But with this less amount, i think it is not possible to prepare the same.

Hi,
It is possible. Please tell me the monthly salary structure (as per appointment) of that employee.

Dear Bhargabisri,
It is not possible to provide a salary slip below minimum wage of that particular state if you provide salary slip below this amount, than that may be comes for legal obligation , so as per labour department you have to pay minimum wage to the employees for unskilled category at least.

If an employee work only part of the month, say 5 days, will you not provide salary slip? Even for one day working, salary slip can be generated.
btw, I am curious to know your designation mentioned as HR & Accts which is unique.
