I\'m 33 years old and I was working as a Team leader in a Captive BPO. I resigned because my boss was troubling me a lot as she wanted to bring in her friend to my postion. I left the job and now it has became difficult to get a job as they ask me why I left my job. What could I say. Kindly help me.
