Guide Me: How To Create Resume Database

Hello Everyone....
Kindly guide me that how create new resume database. I have recently started a HR/Manpower agency and within few days I got my initial service orders from couple of organisation. Though I have a resume database but still i need to create a bigger CV bank. As this is a new venture for me so spending lot of bucks on job portals is not on my to do list.
Please guide me that how to get more and more cv's locally or thru online.

The best way is to post the jobpostings for all your requirements in free and paid jobportals . You will recieve latest profiles .
There are some paid job portals which provide Unlimited Jobpostings services . Which is useful to post your client's Job postings freely for better business and relation .
