Industrial DA Will Be Decreased For Central PSUs

Dear friends,
As you know that the Industrial DA w.e.f 01.01.2014 for 2007 & 1997 scales are 90.5% and 221.7% respectively. With the release of All India Consumer Price Index for the Months December 2013 & January 2014, the projected Industrial DA w.e.f 01.04.2014 will be 88.1% (decrease of 2.4%) & 217.6% (decrease of 4.1%) respectively.
Note : AICPI for February 2014 has yet to come. Final figure may vary accordingly.

In compliance with the All India Consumer Price Index for the month December 2013, January & February 2014, the Industrial DA from 01.04.2014 on wards will be 88.4% (2.1% decrease) and 218.1% (3.6% decrease) for 2007 and 1997 scales respectively.

With the release of All India Consumer Price Index for the Months March 2014 & April 2014, the projected Industrial DA w.e.f 01.04.2014 will be 90.7% (increase of 2.3%) & 221.1% (increase of 4%) respectively.
