Apart from implementing HR rules and regulations, which are mandatory for HR and the organization, understand human psychology. Every person needs recognition, appreciation, and opportunities to learn and develop. Nobody can do better or become professional unless they are helped to learn and trained.

Provide the maximum number of opportunities for self-development training. Give a maximum number of positive feedbacks before pinpointing negative ones. Become informal if necessary; avoid becoming too formal and inhuman.

Negative things can be changed with positive behavior and techniques. Use punishment in exceptional cases. Believe that everyone wants to become more professional and fruitful. Recognition, training, and appreciation are some of the very powerful tools to change behavior.
