Dear Sir(s),
Education qualification: MBA (HR). I have been working for 1 year and 2 months in a reputed Engineering company as the Secretary of CE(P). This is my first job, and I have learned many things here. However, recently, I am not experiencing job satisfaction and am finding it difficult to concentrate because I am required to do the same tasks I have been doing for the past year. How can I develop my career and myself in this situation? I initially joined this company to improve myself, so I did not pay much attention to my salary structure (which is very low).
Now, getting to the point, I have received another job opportunity at HITACHI company. They mainly deal with customers, which is similar to my current role. I am unsure whether I should accept this offer. I kindly request your guidance on this matter as there is no one around me to provide advice.
Additionally, I acknowledge that my English communication skills are not very strong, which may be hindering my ability to secure better job opportunities. I apologize if my message is difficult to understand.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you.
