Addendum Extension Period

Below msg was self explanatory, i requesting you to kindly advise.
(Addendum can be used as a tool only for a shorter period i.e. for a month period or max 3 months. However, this addendum is for a period of 12 months so we should not consider this.)

Addendum is part of contract and it is valid as long as contract period is in force if it is accepted by both the parties.
