How Can I Explain My Career Gap in an Interview for My Dream HR Job?

Hello all, my name is Sara Fatima. I completed my Master's in Business Administration in Human Resources in 2012 and have been searching for a suitable job in the respected field since then, but I haven't been able to find one. I have an interview on Saturday with a reputed company. Could anyone please suggest how I can provide a satisfactory answer to justify my gap? I really don't want to miss this opportunity as this is my dream organization in my favorite field.
