New HR Role: How Can I Introduce Salary Slips in a Company Without an HR Department?

As a fresh HR professional, I have recently joined a company that does not have an HR department. I have noticed that the company only pays salaries without issuing any salary slips. I am considering introducing salary slips for the employees. For example, if an employee receives a salary of Rs. 12,000 per month, how should I go about implementing this change?

Salary structures vary between companies. You can issue the salary slip just by mentioning it as per the required format.
