Are Our NDAs Legally Sound? Seeking Advice on Signatures and Legal Review for Our Startup

FTB
Hi, we are a startup company. We have created NDAs for our employees, interns, and consultants on Rs.100/- bond paper. The first page of the NDA is on bond paper where we have mentioned the company name and the name of the candidate with whom we are signing our NDA. The remaining pages of the NDA are on normal paper. Do we need to take a signature on each page of the NDA? Do we need to review the document with any legal consultant or advocate?

Congratulations and all the best on starting a new company. Technically, all pages of the bond have to be initialed, and the last page has to be signed. However, executing a bond in case of a breach is a tedious process, even for big companies. Anyways, if you need any help with service tax and compliance-related issues, feel free to contact.

Regards,
Vikas
