New to Invoicing as a BDM: Can You Share Sample Invoice Formats?

I'm Anita, and I am working in a company as a BDM and I am new to this field. My team has closed many deals, and now we need to raise invoices from our consultancy to our respective clients.

Could you please share a few sample invoice formats? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I don't have any format, but basically it should contain the following details:

- Your consultancy name, address, and registration number
- The candidate: his/her name and the post he/she was selected for
- Taxes
- Stamp of your consultancy
- Signature
- The date on which the candidate joined
- Your charges both in percentage and actual figures
- Date

On delay beyond a certain period, the interest your consultancy would charge the client (optional, to be followed if you have this kind of system).
