Is DA revision to be paid even if the rate paid to technical staff is higher than the minimum wages in Mumbai Facility Management Services?

There is no need to revise the DA or wages upon the revision by the government when you are paying wages more than the minimum wages. However, if it was a trend to revise the wages on every such increase in the past, then you have to think of it. It is a service condition in this case, in my view, and you cannot discontinue it unilaterally. One can differ with me.
