You can schedule the shifts as follows: 6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, and 10 PM to 6 AM the next day. Additionally, designate another person as the reliever.
Given the concept of a weekly holiday, you need 3 days off. You can let the employees choose which days they want off, or you can assign each a weekly day off. However, the question remains: for the remaining 4 days, what will the extra person do?
You can employ the fourth person in the general shift for the other four days, and they may also be used as a substitute in case any employee goes on authorized leave. If possible, you can maximize the output or use the extra manpower for any developmental activities.
