How To Prepare A Roster For 24X7

Hi,
Please help me to design a roster for 24X7 process with 4 employees.
Shift: 8 hours
i.e., each day 3 employees will work.
Kindly help.

Make it from 6 to 14, 14 to 22 and 22 to 06(Next day) and another person will be reliever.

Given a concept of weekly holiday, you need 3 days off. You can let the employees chose which days they want off or you assign each to a weekly off day. But the question is for the remaining 4 days, what will the extra person do ?

You can employ the fourth person in general shift on other four days and he may also be used as substitute in case of any employee goes on authorised leave. If possible you can maximise the output or use the extra man power for any developmental activities
