Bank Statement Issue

I worked as a software developer in a startup company for 3.6 years. Am having relieving documents with payslip. They also opened a bank account for salary, but they didnt maintain that, am having only partial statement. Now am
working in another company for past eight months and having bank transactions there.I tried for an mnc company now.
They finished interview and holding me for the non availability of proper bank statement in the first job. What can i do now. Will the bank statement make a big issue in future for me. Please Help.

How did you get the salary from the first company every month? by cash or cheque??

Bank account statement is a part of candidate verification for experience and salary.
Either you produce salary slip for last six months of 3.6 yrs or voucher.
Request for the salary certificate and produce it along with the salary slip.
Then there wont be any issue for getting recruited.
