How Should Casual Leaves Be Treated When Working Under 24X7 Schedule

Hi All,
I am working as a assistant manager in service providing company for Banking products and giving 24X7 service and they are taking 24X7 service from employees.Even we are not getting weekly off and we have to ready to go for field 24 hrs in a day.Even we are not getting our casual leaves properly.They are also canceled by bosses.No public holidays are given and forced to work 24X7 or leave the jobs.Can a IT service providing company can take 24x7 service from an employee.Is there any law against that.As our personal life is totally destroyed.

The Weekly off Comuplary of all the Employee Even Contract Person also take the Leave in Week.

What action can be taken against employer for discrimination ground.
Few employees were given full bonus whereas few employees bonus has been deducted. To below 8.33%.

Company Belongs to Mumbai and I am working in Delhi and have rules and regulations in all states of India.
But as per you if company is registered in Shops category then company have right to take 24X7 work and will not give time for personal life.Our law is saying that work like a animal or a machine.

Any registered company has to follow the rules of the said Act of their state, wherein the working hours as wells as weekly off and Leaves are mentioned. You can voice out the same to the HR head first in writing thereafter if no reply you can go legal with adequate supporting. Before hand let us know whether the job (field work) is on call or you are supposed to attend the office 24x7, please clarify to advise appropriately. Also let us know the terms and conditions mentioned in your appointment letter.
