Can an Employee Legally Reduce Their Salary to Qualify for ESIC Benefits? How to Handle This Situation

One of my employees is currently working on a salary of 30,000 P.M. However, due to some family problems, he wishes to work for a reduced salary (off the records) in order to avail of ESIC benefits. Is it possible to do this? If yes, then how can we proceed?
