My friend has over 10 years of experience. She lost one year during her engineering days; however, she is very proficient in her professional skills. She has acquired multiple global credentials by now. Additionally, she has worked with a top 50 multinational company in India and the US.

Impact of a 1-Year Gap on Background Check at TCS

My friend is interested in knowing if a 1-year gap during her engineering studies could have a negative impact on her Background Check (BGC) at TCS. Your timely response would be greatly appreciated.

TCS is only going to check what you have stated in your CV or employment form. Gaps and all nowadays are not going to be a big issue in TCS as of date. My friend recently joined with a gap in employment. So, I hope this case pertains to the degree, and I hope he/she should declare everything as it happened.
