Transitioning from Tech to HR: Seeking Advice on Training and Career Shift Steps

soumya240
Hello Friends, I have recently completed a PGDBA in HRM from Symbiosis and have 2 years of experience in a technical role at an MNC. Currently, I am looking for a career shift into the HR domain. My queries are as below:

1. Does correspondence help in the current job market?
2. Should I enroll myself in any specialist training to upgrade my skills?
3. If I have to go for some practical training and knowledge in the Generalist area, could you please suggest any genuine institutes that have an excellent track record?
4. Has anybody enrolled in the Certified Human Resource Generalist (CHRG) program offered by HR Global? It seems to have received accreditation by IAO.

If you can't reply to this thread, kindly drop me an email at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons]. Awaiting your response.

Comparison of HR Certifications

Is the CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) course better than the HRPC (Human Resource Professional Certification), or are there any better-recommended courses for the generalist role?

I have corrected the spelling errors and adjusted the punctuation in your text. I have also added a line break to separate the question from the additional text. Let me know if you need further assistance.
