I am an HR professional pursuing CS (as I have a keen interest in it), but due to a lack of time, I am unable to read all papers. Please help and guide me.

You should read the semester topics only; you may get an idea about CS, such as basic and technical aspects. If you want more knowledge about it, you should join an online class along with your work.
