I have doubt regarding the complaint in the labor court. :-
1.Can a manager lodge the complaint in the labor court.?
2. How I can know who is eligible to make the complaint in the labor court.

2. How I can know who is eligible to make the complaint in the labor court.- Please read the defination of Workman under ID Act

Dear seniors
Can any one clear my doubts pertaining above cited matter. actually our Ex employee have make complaint before the labor inspector . His designation was Manager. So that is why I want know about this matter that it is right or wrong.
