Can I Get Job If There Is A Education Gap

Hi all,
I have education gap between my 12th and graduation.The gap is around 5 yrs.I work in a small IT company and i have 2.5 yrs of experience in C++ and VC++ development.

Getting frustrated does not help you. I think what you trying to find out is whether you can get a job in a larger organisation than the one in which you are working now.
