Standing Orders for Factories
Standing Order applies to every industrial establishment where one hundred or more workers are employed or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months. The procedure requires you to create your own Standing Order in both your native language and English. Five copies must be submitted to the Labor Commissioner's Office. An authorized labor officer will visit your factory to discuss the Standing Order with the Workers' Committee based on the submission. Subsequently, the officer will provide you with the certified Standing Order.
Thank you.
