Struggling with Form 3A Submission on eSewa? Need Guidance for 2012-14!

Dear Seniors, We need to submit Form 3A (corrected Form 3A) for the years 2012-13 and 2013-14. We need to do this through the eSewa portal. However, we are unsure about the process. Kindly advise me on how to submit the 3A form correctly.

You cannot file Revised 3A through the eSewa Portal. If there was any error in the earlier filed contribution details, then you can prepare Revised 3A and submit it with a covering letter on the organization's letterhead, with the signature of the authorized signatory. Mention the clerical mistake and request to revise the said PF account as per the enclosed Revised 3A. Only then will they correct it.

Nowadays, PF submission is conducted online only. You have to download Form 3A from the site. If there is an amendment, please amend it and then upload it in .txt form. Once approved, you can download the same from the site.
