The National & Festival Holiday for every year will be announced by the government, in the official gazett notification thirty days before end of every year i.e. before 1st December. That is the official declaration of the Holidays.

Festival holidays declaration depends which state do u stay... I think wht Ms.sapana has given to u is perfect.. only July1- state bank day i can replace with some local festival which shud have listed under the factories act of that state.. Before u make a list of holidays u shud c how many hindu, muslim and christian work in ur organisation according u can select the holiday.. . u can keep 12 festival holiday with 2 restricted holiday or all 14 festivl holiday..
U shud inform the factry inspector before 45 days of the new yr start..
pls. rectify if found mistake.
