Bringing in 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management having worked with the best of Lenovo India, EPSON India and Carrier Aircon like professional companies where the technology is the tool of flawless operation with real time information for all the stakeholders. End to End (E2E) Order fulfilment is critical in Imports and then delivery to market place . All operated over SAP for the Inventory Management that includes raw material procurement so that Manufacturing operates smoothly. Warehousing & Logistics Management was to manage to reduce the holding cost . Planning the Procurement in the context of forecasted Demand & Supply. Complete documentation of Import & Export including the Vendor Management. Always remain in tandem with Finance for the Working Capital Management.
I am in career transition now and look forward to take responsibility to the organisation where SAP like ERP is in place . Understand Reverse Chain supply also so that turnaround is at the shortest cycle. Have worked on MM & SD Modules (SAP) Maintaining Material Master, Customer/Vendor Master & Price master. Perhaps only when in the meeting explain better that how Sales Outstanding was reduced with a strategy and procurement cost reduced also. Very well aware of the Mandatory Compliance reports to be submitted on time. Managing multiple branches and warehouse required defining the Statement of Procedures first to be in place and then control by systems
