Why Was I Pressured to Resign Despite Promotions and Awards? Can I Take Legal Action?

blala
I am working in a Ltd Company for the last 4 years. One day, in the afternoon, my boss called me to the HR department and pressured me to write my resignation without any fault on my side. After 6 months, I received a confirmation letter with an increment and promotion, along with the best employee award of the year. In the second year, I received an increment and promotion. In the third year, I received an increment and promotion. In the fourth year, I received an increment from the company. Now, my question is, everything seemed to be going well, so why did the company terminate me without notice? Can I take this matter to the labor court for such behavior?

Thank you,
Gazbad.

Yes, you can go and claim that you resigned under duress. Kindly consult a lawyer.
