Waiting for TCS Offer Letter: How Long Does It Usually Take After Document Submission?

I have been selected by TCS and have submitted all my documents to the HR department. After submission, the background-checking agency came to verify my address. However, I have not yet received the offer letter. It has been 20 days since this process started. How much time does it usually take for them to issue the offer letter?

Please, can anyone tell me what the issue is and why there is a delay in this matter?

Don't worry, normally it will take some time for them to complete the process; you will receive your offer soon. Anyway, it's better to check with HR.

TCS is a highly professional organization. Background checks follow the offer letter release. You may like to get in touch with your recruiter who has coordinated your selection process.

I received an email from TCS HR requesting the upload of documents and current organization's pay slips. However, we have not discussed the expected CTC or any final package that will be decided upon if I join the organization. Is this normal, or am I being misled?
