Transitioning from Life Sciences to HR: Can I Succeed and Should I Choose an MBA or PGDHRM?

I am a postgraduate in the life science field, but now I have a job as an HR executive in recruiting at a company. I have two questions: can I have a successful career in this field? And I would like to do a management course part-time. So, MBA or PGDHRM, which would be good for me? Please give me some suggestions.
