Dear shailendra,
your short notes on labour laws was really helpful to new joined members as in HR.

Thank you for posting short notes on Labour Laws.
But it is observed that new amendments have come into force (For e.g. ceilings under PF act & ESI act, Bonus Act).
So also in other Acts.
Request you to incorporate such amendments in the relevant acts so that
this can be used as a ready reckoner for all HR professionals.
