Could you anybody give information about on which topic i can prepare a project.Please guide me with title of the project

HRIS, as suggested above, is a very good topic. You can take up project on SHRM (Strategic Human Resource Management). It is the latest buzz word in HR and the most discussed one in the context of changing role of HR and HR assuming greater importance in formulating organizational strategies.

According to me u should go for work-life balance.
You Can refer to an article in Times accent dated september 11, 2007.
Make it colourful with loadz of pictures, and you can take up a case study or make a case study by analysizing which companies are following work-balance life.
One more topic is very challenging
ROLE OF HR IN MERGERS & AQUISITION INTERVENTION.
There are so many topics such as

It would be good if you take up " Organization climate" as your topic as it would include Employee engagement, Satisfaction, motivation and employee communication, and etc. If you need any help related to this check out gallup.

U can choose a topic on hr scorecard. or can also consolidate it with strategic hr like strategic hr and effectiveness of hr scorecard.
