Dear All, We have 20 days of vacation leave (earned leave) that can be taken at any time. Some staff, including my HR Head, took all 20 vacation leave days before December. During the Christmas vacation (scheduled vacation as per our calendar), they took leave without pay (LOP) without including Sunday. She mentioned that if there is any scheduled vacation, Sunday will not be included. However, in January, I have 3 days of LOP, which includes Sunday (Saturday – Sunday – Monday). Please clarify whether what she said is true based on the leave rule.
