How Do I Calculate My Bonus as a Probationer for 2012-13? Need Help!

I joined on 27/12/2012 as a probationer in a company with a salary of Rs 8000.00 per month. The company is offering a minimum bonus of 8.33% up to a maximum ceiling of Rs 3500.00 for the accounting year 2012-13. Please help me calculate my bonus.

If you have no LWOP, your December attendance will be 4 out of 31, i.e., 0.129. For 2012-13, the attendance will be 3.129 months out of 12 months, i.e., 0.26. Therefore, the proportionate bonus will be 0.26 x 3500 = 910 or 912 (if we take the fraction as 0.2607527 instead of 0.26).
