Facing PF Issues with a Closing Company: How Can I Secure My Funds?

Hello, my previous company has not credited my PF amount, and the company is closing by February 2014. How should I proceed to get my PF? Please help me in this regard.

Please don't worry. It is very easy to withdraw and transfer to another account, but the condition is that you have a PF number. If you know your PF account number, then you can fill out Form-19 and 10C and have it attested by a Bank Officer, Gram Panchayat, MLA, Local PF Inspector, and send it to the Regional PF Commissioner.
